(1) According to Section 4 of the Act, if a health worker or a health institution needs to request protection, they must immediately request protection from the local administration in a fast and effective way, including the reason for requesting protection.

(2) According to sub-rule 910, if a health worker or a health institution requests security, the local administration shall assess the current situation and arrange for such health worker or health institution's security for the necessary period, including security personnel.

(3) Sub-rule According to Article 920, if security personnel are to be deployed for the protection of health workers or health institutions, or if permanent security arrangements are to be made in a health institution in accordance with subsection 930 of Section 4 of the Act, the concerned health workers or health institutions shall make arrangements for food and accommodation for the security personnel deployed for that purpose.
